The rules for using GaloPlan and the conditions of the paid plans.
1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the GaloPlan website and application, published by Pricillia ROLL (trade name “LUMA LAB”), 52 avenue Comtesse de Ségur, 31590 Verfeil, France. GaloPlan is an online service for the shared management of a horse: schedule, care log, team messaging, appointments and a health space.
2. Account
Using GaloPlan requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activities carried out from your account. The service is intended for adults.
3. Plans and prices
GaloPlan offers a free plan (Essentiel) and paid plans (Cavalier, Écurie) giving access to additional features. The prices in force, expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes, together with the content of each plan, are shown on the site at the time of subscription. The publisher may change its plans and prices; subscriptions in progress are not affected before their renewal.
4. Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan chosen, through our payment provider Stripe. Payment is secure; we never have access to your bank card number. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless cancelled before the renewal date.
5. Term and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; access to the paid features is maintained until then, with no refund of the current period. You can also delete your account at any time.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, you generally have a 14-day period to withdraw. However, by subscribing and requesting immediate access to the digital service, you expressly agree to its immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal for the part already performed.
7. Your content
You remain the owner of the content you add (horses, log, photos, messages, etc.). You grant us only the right to host and display it in order to run the service. You undertake not to publish any unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
8. Availability and liability
We strive to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without being able to guarantee it without interruption. GaloPlan is an organisation tool: it does not replace the advice of a veterinarian, a farrier or a qualified professional. We cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of the information recorded in the application.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in our privacy policy, and the use of cookies in our cookie policy.
10. Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated. In the event of a significant change, you will be informed through the application or by email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, you can contact us at galoplan.com@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. You can also use, free of charge, a consumer mediator or the European online dispute resolution platform (consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu). Failing agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
