Feature
Your horse's team messaging
The stable's WhatsApp group mixes everything: birthdays, carpooling, and somewhere in the middle, the important news about your horse. GaloPlan puts the conversation back in the right place - around the horse.
One conversation per horse
Each horse has its own discussion thread, reserved for its team. The remark about the morning session, the photo out in the field, the question about the ration: everything stays attached to the horse concerned, and nothing gets lost in a flood of off-topic messages.
Photos, videos and GIFs from the stable
Sending a photo of the horse after the session, or a video of a jump, takes two seconds, straight from your phone. The absent owner sees their horse; the coach can comment on the work. And for lighter moments, a GIF button lets you reply with an animated GIF in one tap.
In real time, with reactions and notifications
Messages arrive in real time and the conversation history is kept. Each message is identified by its author's color and name - you always know who said what. A double-tap on a message drops a ❤️ on it, and everyone can react with a small emoji (👍 ❤️ 🎉 💪).
By turning on notifications, each member is alerted on their phone as soon as a message is posted - without having to open the app "just in case".
For lasting information (care, sessions), the activity log is still the right habit: messaging is for talking, the log is for recording.
The right tool for a shared horse
Clear communication is the first condition of successful share-boarding or sharing between several riders. Dedicated messaging, backed by the schedule and the log, avoids the misunderstandings that wear down even the best relationships.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, messaging accepts photos and videos from your phone (photo library or camera), as well as animated GIFs. Media stays visible in the conversation history. The free plan includes text messaging; photos, GIFs, reactions and videos are part of the Cavalier and Écurie plans.
